499net processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balances will always be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. Any applicable exchange rates and bank charges for transactions in foreign currencies are the responsibility of the user.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

499net offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until wagering is complete.
• Bonus betting may be limited or prohibited on certain games.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being awarded, the bonus will expire.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

The 499net VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, and the Gold tier offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback. VIP tier upgrades are determined based on each member's activity and contribution. The specific terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

6.1 — Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and the account will be immediately closed if any of them are detected:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.

6.2 — Consequences of Violations

For any violation of the above rules, 499net may take the following actions: temporarily or permanently close the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, hold any existing balance, and take legal action where necessary.
